UPDATED INFORMATION ABOUT THE CTK ACCESSIBILITY PROJECT:  The Building Committee and the Vestry have finalized the plans and the details of the project, and the Vestry voted on August 10, 2023, to bring the project forward to the congregation. On Saturday, September 16 at Holy Nativity, and Sunday, September 17 at Christ the King, there will be an open forum with project drawings after each service for any questions that members may have.

The Building Committee will be presenting the project to the Diocesan Board of Trustees via zoom on September 27, 2023, for their review and approval of a loan to our church. Then on Saturday September 30, 2023, at Holy Nativity and on Sunday October 1, 2023, at Christ the King we will ask members of the congregation to vote on the project to formally approve or decline.

If the congregation approves the project, we will be able to sign the proposal with Keller Builders, submit our 20% down payment, and start the project. A capital fundraising campaign will be launched. Keller will then lock in subcontractor bids to begin building in the spring of 2024.

The anticipated project length from start to finish will be roughly 90 –120 days depending upon typical project issues like material availability and weather.    Please let me know if you have any questions, and continue prayers.

God’s Peace, Dale Logan, Jr. Warden, Christ the King
