LET’S SAVE THOSE HOLIDAY BUCKS!

Tadych’s Market (formerly Econo Foods) is awarding customers with holiday Bucks again. We will have a collection place in the back of each church if you would like to donate yours to the CAP Food Pantry.

CAP PANTRY UPDATE AND REQUESTS:

It is definitely Fall and with it, reduced hours for many working in the service industry.

The number of families served by the pantry is steadily increasing. Looking at the shelves, there is a need for tuna and tuna helper. The pantry would like to provide some holiday foods for families: please think about adding items such as pumpkin and Jiffy pie crust mix, cranberry sauce, dried gravy mixes, and packages of dried dressing and/or potatoes.

UNITED THANK OFFERING:

The fall gathering of this offering is underway and will be collected through this month. Envelopes for cash offerings can be found at the back of the church, or you can write a check and designate it for UTO.

This offering is distributed to support mission and ministry throughout the Episcopal Church and in the provinces of the Anglican Communion in the developing world.

We are seeking a volunteer to take over the UTO task. Contact the church office for more information. (743-3286)

FALL CLEAN UP AT CTK:

The 2022 Fall clean-up has been completed!

God’s peace,

Dale Logan, CTK Jr. Warden

CTK ORGAN FUND UPDATE:

We informed the congregation that the cost estimate to bring the pipe organ at CTK up to its original beauty, would be $2,400. I am happy to announce to you that we have now received $2,800 for this project. We can do the necessary repairs on the organ, and have some funds left for future needs. Thank you for your generosity in supporting the ministry of music in this congregation. Fr. Olin

ECONO RECEIPT COLLECTION:

Please continue to save your Econo receipts (Tadych’s Market Place) for our church. Thank you.

FORWARD DAY BY DAY BOOKLETS:

Booklets for November/December 2022/January 2023 are available at each church and in the plastic bin outside the church office.
